Junior Golf Academy
At Costessey Park Golf Club we are committed to junior golf development and as a result the Costessey Park Junior Section has been at the forefront of Norfolk Junior Golf for several years now.
Renowned for our Junior Development Programme, Costessey Park has succesfully introduced the game of golf to literally hundreds of children over the last twenty years or so. We are very proud of the achievements of some of our junior members both at local and national level and in 2012 we were delighted to win the Bass League Trophy for the second time. We are equally proud to see many of those juniors who started their golf with us still enjoying their golf many years later amongst their friends here at the club. Whilst learning golf, children are introduced to many skills both on and off the course which will stand them in great stead for years to come. With regular coaching sessions, competitions and team events, Costessey Park's Juniors are always active. We run both Summer and Winter Order of Merit Tables for juniors which cover skills challenges at our coaching sessions and junior tournaments. Our members are also encouraged to participate in the National Skills Challenge. New members, whether they are new to the game or already hold a recognised handicap, are welcome.
